Shipping Information
Delivery methods include DHL, Parcel Line, Royal Mail, & Specialist couriers for livestock.
LIVESTOCK DELIVERY (UK ONLY)
When you buy any livestock item from Reptilekeeping.com
we have to use a specialist courier. This is to ensure that the animal gets to you in the best condition. All livestock is delivered next morning before 12.00pm
LIVESTOCK DELIVERY (OUTSIDE UK)
We do have the facility to transport livestock worldwide, due to costs however this is not possible for livestock orders that are under £500.
Please contact us for any international livestock shipping requirements and requests.
Livestock Conditions
By purchasing a livestock item from Reptilekeeping.com
you are confirming that you are at least 18 Years of age, and a responsible person with the appropriate knowledge to care for the species purchased.
All livestock orders will be confirmed by phone, so please leave correct contact details when ordering, if we can not contact you the animal will not be shipped.
Out Of Stock Items
Reptilekeeping.com we attempt to keep a large range and quantity of stock available at all times.
However due to supplier out of stocks, shipping delays retail sales and also wholesale orders, some items may go out of stock. We aim to get your goods to you within 3 working days of payment, but should the above occour it could take upto 14 days.
Postage & Packaging Costs
Reptilekeeping.com will use a range of delivery methods to get your purchases to you. The price of shipping is dependant on weight unless otherwise specified.
Postage & Packaging Costs Breakdown
Reptilekeeping.com is a VAT registered business, all prices for shipping and packaging have to include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%, the VAT is already included in the order total.
Faulty Goods Anything found to be unsatisfactory on arrival, must be reported back to us within one working day (24 hrs.). Exchanges or credit notes will then be issued. We cannot normally replace or exchange anything reported back to us after this 24-hour period. (It does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.)
RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return any item, please contact us prior to returning the item. All items that are returned that are not faulty will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% minus the cost of postage.
All refunds are at the discretion of Reptilekeeping.com.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from
Reptilekeeping.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that
the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the
carrier.
